Orientation: Plane of plate {100}, typically within 3° edge orientation, <100>,  typically within 5°
 
Finish: Top face polished Ra<30nm , bottom face lapped.

Edges: Laser cut
 
Electrical resistivity:  < 20 Ohm.cm  (typically < 5 Ohm.cm)

Doping level: 10²⁰  cm^-3
