BioNano Gold PHASIS BioNano Gold Substrates are produced using state-of-the-art magnetron sputtering on glass microscope slides with a titanium adhesion layer. The coatings present an extremely high degree of structural quality including surfaces with very low corrugation. The substrates are well adapted to local probe studies or surface plasmon resonance studies of various organic or inorganic species.
